  1. Who May Use This Site
    This website is produced by the National Lotteries Authority of Grenada (“NLA”, “we”, “us”) purely for existing and prospective players located in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. It is not intended to invite or encourage persons in any other territory to participate in NLA games. Visitors who choose to access the Site from outside these islands do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
  1. Legal & Regulatory Framework
    All lottery, betting and pool-gaming information on the Site is governed exclusively by Grenadian law, in particular
  • National Lotteries Authority Act, Cap. 205A, which gives the NLA the exclusive right subject to any special ministerial licence to operate lotteries and other games of chance in Grenada.
  • Gambling, Lotteries and Betting Act, Cap. 120, which, among other matters, prohibits betting dealings with anyone under 18 years of age (“young persons”) and creates related offences.
    If any text on the Site conflicts with the official printed Rules and Procedures approved under those Acts, the latter prevail.
  1. Age & Responsible Play
    You must be 18 years or older to buy tickets, claim prizes or open an online player account, as required by section 41 of Cap. 120. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and that online lottery play is lawful in the place from which you access the Site. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help.
  1. Information-Only Content
    The Site provides results, jackpot figures, game rules, odds, statistics, promotional material and other data “as is” and “as available” for general information. While we take reasonable steps to keep content accurate and up to date, we give no express or implied warranty as to completeness, timeliness, reliability or suitability. You bear full responsibility for any decision you make based on-Site content.
  1. Result Checking & Priority of Official Records
    Draw results broadcast on official radio/TV channels or generated by certified draw equipment constitute the only official winning numbers. Digital postings may be corrected after verification. All prize claims and other aspects of play remain subject to the relevant Game Rules and Procedures.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the NLA, its directors, officers, employees and agents accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, special or consequential damages, or other harm of whatever kind arising out of, or relating to, your use of the Site, inability to use the Site, reliance on Site content, or access via third-party links. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

  1. Fraud Awareness – No Up-Front Fees
    The NLA is not associated with any organisation that requests a payment or “processing fee” before releasing a prize. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.

    We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or revise this Disclaimer, at any time without notice. Updated terms take effect once posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    This Disclaimer and any dispute arising from your use of the Site are governed by Grenadian law. The courts of Grenada have exclusive jurisdiction.
